At Next Wave Staffing, we began with a vision to support the Next Gen ministry space, uniquely positioning ourselves by hiring only those who have lived and led in those roles. As demand for Worship Ministry leaders grew, Dan and Rachael expanded the team—bringing in experts with decades of firsthand worship experience.

Today, we’re a boutique staffing firm rooted in relationship, stewardship, and specialization. Every client partners directly with a consultant who has 15–30 years of experience in the exact field they’re hiring for—ensuring fewer mismatches and more meaningful placements.

Because we primarily serve nonprofits, we’re committed to keeping fees fair, knowing every dollar comes from the benevolence of others. We also give 10% of our profits to a new cause each quarter as part of our stewardship model.
