The opportunity
We are partnering with Good Shepherd Church to find an experienced and passionate Student Pastor to lead their student ministry. This role will oversee a thriving group of 140-160 Middle School and High school students, with a strong focus on discipleship and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a large student ministry, excellent communication skills, and a heart for investing in students’ spiritual growth. Good Shepherd Church is looking for a leader who can build a strong team, create a sense of community, and engage meaningfully with the 50+ schools in the area. The ability to connect with and build relationships within the local community will be key in this role.

POSITION PROFILE
About the Job:
The Student Pastor will champion the middle and high school ministry by providing leadership, direction and strategy to the student ministry team in order to invite students into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

Full-Time, Salaried. Eligible for benefits. Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience leading a large student ministry required.
