DISCIPLESHIP AND CAMPUS MINISTER

GREENFORD CHRISTIAN CHURCH - GREENFORD,OH

The opportunity

This is not a turnaround role—it’s a momentum role.

Greenford Christian Church is a thriving, multi-campus church with over 2,000 people gathering each weekend and a clear, driving vision: to make disciples who make disciples. The foundation is strong. The church is healthy. The people are engaged.

What’s next is deeper formation.

Greenford is looking for a leader who can help move people from simply attending to being transformed—someone who can build pathways, develop leaders, and create a culture where discipleship is not just a value, but a lived experience across the church.

If you’re energized by building systems that lead to spiritual growth—and developing people who multiply impact—this is a rare opportunity to step into a church that is ready for its next level.

The right candidate is someone who

01
multiplies leaders

You don’t just gather people—you grow them. You identify potential, invest intentionally, and equip others to lead. Your win isn’t doing ministry yourself; it’s building leaders who carry it forward and multiply impact.

02
engaging communicator

You can hold a room and connect with people one-on-one. Whether teaching or leading conversations, you communicate truth in a way that is clear, compelling, and moves people toward real next steps in their faith.

03
collaborative builder

You work well with others and make the team better. You communicate openly, invite input, and align with leadership. You care more about the mission than personal preference and help create a culture of trust and shared ownership.

04
relational shepherd

You genuinely care about people. You build trust quickly, walk with others through real life, and create environments where people feel known and supported. You don’t just lead groups—you pastor people.

05
strategic driver

You think beyond programs. You help create clear pathways that move people from attending to growing. You see how systems, groups, and leadership development all connect—and you build with intention.

06
executes with clarity

You bring order to complexity. You can organize, prioritize, and follow through. You don’t let things drift—you create structure, set direction, and ensure ministry actually moves forward.
