The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a student ministry that is ready for a new season of health, trust, and impact. Lakeside has key pieces in place—students are engaged, small groups exist, and core environments are established—but there is a clear opportunity to strengthen what’s there and build toward something more cohesive and effective.

What makes this role especially compelling is the chance to bring clarity, alignment, and renewed momentum to the ministry. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a stronger leader culture, refine environments so they truly disciple students, and help shape a ministry where students are not just present, but known and growing.

There is meaningful ownership here. You’ll be trusted to lead, supported by a team that’s eager for direction, and given the space to build something that is both deeply relational and intentionally structured.

If you’re a leader who sees what could be—not just what is—and knows how to build toward it, this is the kind of role where your leadership will make a tangible difference quickly.

lakeside christian church

Founded in 1967, Lakeside Christian Church has always been about transformation—seeing God change hearts, families, and communities. Across its multiple campuses in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati region, Lakeside continues to be a church where people from every generation and background can experience grace and truth in action.

The mission is simple yet profound: to help people belong and grow. Whether through weekend gatherings, community outreach, or next-generation ministry, everything at Lakeside points people toward life with Jesus and life together.

Lakeside’s staff culture reflects five key commitments:

  • Take It Personally – Own the mission; live it out daily.

  • Make It Better Together – Collaboration over competition.

  • Empower Others – Build leaders, not followers.

  • Chase Health – Lead from overflow, not exhaustion.

  • Remain Openhanded – Trust God with the outcome.

These commitments are more than staff values—they’re a way of life. The team leads with authenticity, works with excellence, and celebrates what God is doing in and through His church.
