DIVING INTO THE CONTRACT
This document lays out our agreement for Next Wave Staffing to help MULDER CHURCH find your STUDENT DIRECTOR. It covers what we offer, the terms, our staffing process, and the invoice for your investment.
Upon receiving your first payment, we’ll jump right in! Within 24 hours, we’ll schedule a video call with key staff members to gain valuable insights into the role and the ideal candidate. We want to create a profile that truly captures what makes your community special. Our goal is to make you feel like family, not just another client!
After that, Rachael and I will tap into our wide Next Gen network to find the perfect candidate who will stick around for the long haul. We’ll personally vet each candidate and guide you through the interview process.

With over 27 years of ministry experience, Dan is passionate about helping healthy churches connect with healthy leaders. Having served in various roles—from youth ministry and executive leadership to his time at Vanderbloemen—he has developed a deep expertise in hiring and retaining top talent. Dan is driven by a mission to help people discover their purpose and use their God-given gifts to make a meaningful impact in the world. He believes, as Mark Twain put it, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why." THE PROCESS
NEXT WAVE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
NEXT WAVE AGREES TO
Discover your organization’s unique needs and develop a a marketing plan to assist with our search including but not limited to: a thorough client profile, posting your position to the Next Wave website and others.
Direct an extensive, nationwide search for the top talent who will fit your open role.
Take each qualified candidate through Next Wave’s extensive screening process including but not limited to: interview, reference check, personality assessments, and evaluations.
Develop a presentation of the top talent that is a fit for your unique needs.
Remain in active conversation with the church with progress of the search process.
Aggressively continue your search until you welcome your next hire to the team.
MULDER CHURCH AGREES TO
Remain responsive to Next Wave and provide requested information within 48 hours.
Determine an individual on your church staff who can be the point of contact with Next Wave.
Follow up with all candidates in a timely manner.
Include your Next Wave field expert in any communication that could be relevant to the staffing process.
Conduct a background check in line with your state employment laws and church's hiring policies before extending an offer to a candidate (this includes past employment, education, credit, criminal, etc.).
Keep all candidate information confidential.
Pay the church’s balance of each phase on time to Next Wave.
CONDITIONS
If the new hire leaves or can't fulfill their role within 12 months, Next Wave will provide up to 5 candidate resumes that match your unique fit.
If the church chooses to make an additional hire with one of the Next Wave candidates which were presented within 18 months of the presentation, a 75% recruiting fee will be charged to the church.
Renegotiation of this contract will need to happen if: the search requires a pause for 60+ days, the church is non-responsive for 15+ days, the senior or executive pastor leaves.
