RENO CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP

RENO, NV

STUDENT PASTOR

The opportunity

The Student Pastor at Reno Christian Fellowship has the remarkable opportunity to shape the spiritual landscape of the next generation in one of the most unchurched cities in the United States. This is about more than programming - it’s a calling to plant seeds of the Gospel in students who are already here so they can live boldly for Christ in their city and to reach those who may have never encountered Christ.

At RCF, you’ll fully embrace and bring to life our vision to be a people who courageously live for Jesus and inspire others to do the same. You’ll partner with parents in the discipleship of their students, while creating compelling environments where students feel known and challenged.

This role comes with room to dream, build, and innovate. The foundation is here with a committed team of leaders, a welcoming student community, and strong church support. With that said, there is space to bring fresh vision, create healthy systems, and grow the ministry.

For the right leader, this is a chance to go deep with students, invest in long-term discipleship, and create a ministry that not only shapes the next generation inside the church walls but also becomes a light in a spiritually dry landscape.
