STUDENT PASTOR
THE BRIDGE CHURCH - CHINO HILLS, CA
The opportunity
This is more than a Student Pastor role—it’s an opportunity to step into a ministry with real momentum, deep discipleship, and significant upside. The Student Ministry already has a strong core of students, a culture rooted in discipleship, and a loyal volunteer team ready to run. What’s needed now is a leader who can bring vision, structure, and scalability—someone who doesn’t just want to maintain something good, but feels called to build something great.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives both relationally and organizationally—someone who loves people deeply and knows how to build systems that help ministry grow. You’ll be trusted with real ownership here, with the freedom to shape the future of the ministry while being supported by a healthy, collaborative team.
For the right person, this role can grow beyond Student Ministry, with opportunities to step into Sunday preaching, expand leadership influence, and take on broader responsibilities over time. If you’ve been looking for a seat at the table—this is it.
All of this exists within a life-giving staff culture that is collaborative, flexible, and high-trust. Located in a rapidly growing, diverse community with over 100 students already engaged and future expansion ahead, this is a church building for what’s next—and inviting the right leader to help shape it.

about the church
The Bridge is a thriving, growing church located in the heart of Chino, California—a uniquely positioned community where suburban comfort meets cultural diversity. This is a multi-racial, multi-cultural, and multi-generational church that reflects the beauty of the Kingdom in real, tangible ways.
But what makes The Bridge truly special isn’t just who attends—it’s how they live out their faith. This is a church marked by deep discipleship, authentic community, and a shared commitment to following Jesus together. People don’t just show up—they show up for each other.
